David Seiden, CPA, the founder of SALT Link, has spent his
career specializing in state and local taxes ("SALT"). He was at
the international accounting firm of KPMG for 18 years where he
was a senior SALT Partner. David held numerous leadership
positions at this firm and was responsible for advising many of
the firm's marquee clients. More recently, David was a SALT
Partner at a large regional CPA firm where he was responsible
for providing technical SALT advice to many of the firm's major
clients.

Jersey and Connecticut income/franchise taxes, sales and use
taxes, and unclaimed property for both individuals and
companies. In addition, the firm has extensive experience in
multi-state taxes having many clients who operate in states
